The research carried out by the CambaP team focuses on the research, analysis and identification of bioactive molecules. For this, the research subjects carried out by the team aim, most often, to develop innovative methods of extraction and analysis or to design analytical systems allowing the study of these bioactive molecules. These are essentially molecules having or supposed to have a therapeutic or functional interest (vitamins, polyphenols, terpenes, bacteriocins, alkaloids, lipids, etc.) from different matrices such as plants, foods, drug or cosmetic formulations, fungi or microorganisms… The members of the team are specialized in analytical chemistry, pharmacognosy, and animal, microbial and plant cell culture.
